Howard Miller J.H. Gould and Co. III Wall Clock 620-441 – 15-Inch Antique Brass Pendulum with Auto Daylight Savings Time and Quartz Movement

This clock is perfect for a space that I've been looking to fill, with a clock and preferable with a pendulum. Yes it's battery operated, but I can live with that. just wish the pendulum was a bit longer, as it looks somewhat disproportionate in size to the clock. Just my opinion. Other than that, I love the 'rustic' look of the clock. the clock is exactly as described. I do have to say this is the first time I have seen a battery operated clock mechanism, that actually takes into account the Date, time, and daylight savings, so it will adjust the time automatically for you at these two times of the year. Pretty cool.The clock is a perfect addition to my wall space and my room decore. I have not had a bit of trouble with this clock like a few of the other's have posted. Even still if there is a problem with the clock after the return policy. you could go to any big box craft store and buy a replacement "movement mechanism' and change it out for next to nothing. then your clock would be good as new. so for the one that complained that their's quit working after a month. and did not want to bother with it. Surely could have had the clock back working in no time with little out of pocket expense, and a little time to swap out the 'movement' . then the clock would have been back in business.

I've change my review based on the overall product and customer service given for this purchase. The clock is a beautiful piece and priced accordingly. My initial review was incorrect due to some technical issue that had nothing to do with the integrity of the clock. Additionally the vendor has gone above and beyond to rectify the problem and for that I've revised the review and rated it based on the product and service.

I recv'd this clock in excellent condition, BUT after installing batteries it ran for about 3 hours then quit, I thought my batteries where bad so i went out and purchased a new set. Nope still wouldn't work, Amazon was great they replaced it with a new one, The new one ran for about 24 hours before dying. I dont recommend this Clock, Howard miller needs to get there act together for the amount of money they want for this it should work. Decided i would shop elsewhere for a clock.

Added this beautiful clock to our decor and it fit right in.

I cannot believe that Howard Miller would allow their name to be used on this piece of Chinese made junk. It arrived with one of four screws needed to hold the frame onto the clock face. It is cheaply made and not worth 1/4 of what is being charged for it. Neither the clock nor the pendulum would work. I have never been so disappointed in a purchase. Amazon does themselves no favor even carrying this product. Thankful for their return policy.
