Elegant Comfort Wrinkle Resistant - Silky Soft Dobby Stripe Bed-in-a-Bag 8-Piece Comforter Set - King Grey

It looks very elegant and extremely soft - so soft I dont want to get out of bed!! Because I have an 20" high mattress I did purchase the king size set in grey for my queen bed based on others reviews - Best Advice!The Comforter - PERFECT FIT!! I didnt wash but I did throw in dryer to fluff up since it was nicely packed in the bag with the rest of the set. I completely agree with other reviews that had I purchased the queen set it would have been entirely too short for my bed. It keeps me perfectly comfortable all night - I'm don't get hot nor do I get cold - definitely a year round comforter.The Bed Skirt - I haven't put on and probably won't - I have a sleigh bed - so I cannot comment on its fit. But I dont see why if its true from other reviews that if its a little big for a queen it wouldnt hurt to do a little tucking to give the skirt a pleated look and probably would look better.The Sheets - SUPER SOFT - definitely has a silky soft feel to them. I did wash before I put on the bed and looked to be wrinkle free when they came out of the dryer. I have to admit, the sheets are a little big but I would rather them be bigger (I can tuck them very easily under mattress) than smaller (I dont want to fight to keep put them back on the bed every morning). The color is exactly as shown in picture. Very pleased with my purchase and would buy again.

When I decided to go with this bed set, I was a little skeptical because of the numerous negative reviews. I’m glad I went with my gut. This comforter set is phenomenal! Color is spot on. Materials, and construction are excellent. Heavy enough for cold season. Light enough for warm season. Fits my full size bed perfectly. It is slightly wrinkly. But I tumbled it the dryer with tennis balls, and fluffed it up. Love the look too!Side note: throw pillows were a separate purchase.

So I've put off writing a review for this bedset for a few reasons. We've had it a couple weeks now and I feel I can write a more comprehensive review now. I ordered from the seller Bespoliton. To start, their shopping time was crap. I was alerted the December 29th that it had shipped and that it would arrive between January 4th-9th. But the tracking never updated past the creation of the shipping label. I contacted them and they said it must have gotten lost in transit and asked if I wanted a refund or reship. My husband was dead set on this style so I asked for a reship. On January 9th the original tracking number finally started showing transit info. I don't know if my original item was lost and they reprinted the same tracking number (I was under the impression that a tracking number cannot be used again until the original number is scanned as delivered?) Or they printed my shipping label and just didnt ship! I have no idea. But my package arrived a full week later than it was supposed to. I washed the sheets after reading reviews about how wrinkly they were out of the packaging. Which is understandable, it's a king sized bed set crammed into a bag. That's what you deal with when you buy a bed-in-a-bag! No big. The sheets washed fine, there are some frayed threads here and there, which is annoying. But they didn't fall apart, I call that a win. Then I made the bed. This is where things went a little south again. The sheet description boasts a fully elasticated sheet and deep pockets for mattress depths up to 16". I call bull spit. There is elastic all the way around, but it is not sewn into the hem. So when you go to pull the corners down the elastic slides and stretches unevenly. The circle of elastic moves freely inside the hem. Which makes it a pain in the butt. The sheet depth is also an issue. We have a 10" pillow top mattress and a 2" foam topper. And CONSTANTLY have a problem keeping sheets on it. They always pop off. Which is why we opted for a deep pocket, fully elasticated sheet. While we still have this problem every so often, it's a lot better than it was. But this sheet definitely won't stay on a 16" mattress. We have some trouble getting it to stay on the combines 12" of our bed. Second issue. This comforter is SMALL. I accidentally ran the stripes up and down (they're supposed to go side to side) and the edges of the comforter didn't even meet the side edges of the mattress. Once I turned it the opposite way it fit a little better, but still small. The sides only over hang a few inches, when we're both in bed one of us is always tugging for a little extra blanket. When properly making the bed, im unable to bring the top of the blanket to the top edge of the bed without the bottom edge becoming exposed. That alone made me want to return it. My husband talked me into giving it a shot. So ive been doing that before writing a review. And im glad I did. While I may have minor annoyances with the for and sizing of the set... It. Is. SOOOOOFT. Like a cloud. Its almost silky but not silk. I don't know how to adequately dwscribe it. But I love climbing into bed at the end of the day and wrapping up in the blankets. I can be thinking about returning it one minute, and then climb in and fall in love the next. The only downside I find with the comfort is that the comforter can get hot at night. I wake up sometimes all clammy and sweaty and have to kick it off. But overall, the set is very nice to sleep in. So well be keeping it. Once taxes comes around well probably buy a new set... But this one will due for now and be a nice back up when we need it!

I absolutely love this set! We bought the white set, and it looks so nice and rich in our bedroom.The comforter is your standard run of the mill comforter when it comes to thickness, but if i was wanting something thicker... then i wouldn't be buying a comforter in bed in a bag type of set.The extra stitching on the comforter will be nice to keep the comforter from shifting and balling up.The only catch is, is that the set does run small. I read another review before ordering that said they bought the king size set for her queen bed and so i did the same thing. There is no way that a queen set would give us the extra coverage we wanted in the comforter (like in the picture). I'm so thankful for her review. BUY a KING if you are buying for a QUEEN set. Totally worth it. There will be some extra slack in the sheets, but if you want the comforter to actually flow partially down the sides like in the picture, you'll need to buy a king size set.Overall... i'm absolutely ecstatic about this set and am going to buy another one for a back up set.
