Great pills, but no guidance whatsoever.
3 stars because it’s great stuff, but zero directions given, and no way to even distinguish the pills from each other. It’s my understanding that the NAC (the white one I think) should be taken away from meals, while the C (no idea which one) can be taken anytime and the others should all be taken with a meal.I take everything but the white one with breakfast, then the white one an hour after.

These supplements are great to boost immunity and keep cold and flu away. I always use them when traveling on a plane and if anyone in my family has a cold. Keeps me healthy! There is a lot of pills to take but worth it to stay healthy.

Know about what all you’re taking before you actually start taking it all
No complaintsI got these bc my doctor suggested them.. in still gradually working into it. I don’t take all the pills in the packet at once. Everyone’s body handles things differently, I’m folluwing what works best for mine
