Great PSU, Great Customer Service
The PSU worked perfectly for my setup. The cooling fan on mine stopped working about 4 months before the warranty was up. EVGA sent me an 850 unit (mine was 650) as a replacement. Return process was easy and hassle-free, they earned a customer for life.

Good powersupply
I used it for maybe 2 years before it died I was able to RMA it and get a new one from evga for free since it was under their warranty still. Worked great with my 1080ti 7700k. Now using a 3080 and it still works amazing but the fan is noticeably louder since its dealing with more power from the beefy graphics card. I was able to undervolt it to keep noise levels down. Great budget psu for a powerful card.

Great in every way, except only being semi-modular, a good value for most PCs
Extremely easy to install, clean packaging, and quiet out of box. For the cost it's a nice wattage and rating, however it'd be nicer if it was fully modular.

Great response -time and hepfulness,to pre-install questions by EVGA tech support (phone and email). Very easy to install.
First of all and very important to me (as not to fry my MOBO and components): Great response -timely and helpful by phone and email, from EVGA tech support to my pre-installation, MOBO specific questions.Easy to install. A lot less cable clutter inside the case (Thanks to modular cables). I like the fact that it came with a PSU testing tool - simple bridged 24 pin male connector, emulating that on the MOBO that you plug onto the corresponding ATX (20 + 4) pin cable and test the PSU before installing it. It is a simple test: the fan in the PSU either starts or doesn't when, connected to the AC power outlet, the PSU switch is set to ON. Mine was good. Its already installed and works perfectly.I'm taking out a star because even though the packaging came undamaged and in perfect outside condition, one of the prongs on the power cable plug arrived bent (see pictures). Without damage on the packaging it means that the cable wasn't properly checked during package assembly at factory. However It took a set of pliers and a careful - gentle twist to set it straight again and, as explained, pre-installation test showed a working product. So, no big deal, but a call to attention at quality control during packaging. It is said that "the devil is in the details".

Bought this in 2016, still going strong
I'm about to switch this thing out but it's served me well for the past 8 years (wow time flies)

Buy as much wattage/quality as you can for future upgrades and flexibility.
Semi-Modular has proved to be a really nice feature. EVGA seems to be a quality product. The install went relatively easy and gave me added margin for future upgrades. Lots of included power connectors for all of my components. I liked the website and EVGA's commitment to quality and comments from others about their customer service. Fan has proved to be very quiet.

Super great power supply but is kinda pricey
This power supply is a reliable option for most PC builders, although it may be a bit pricey. The semi-modularity feature may not be necessary for those who are not advanced builders, but it does provide some flexibility in cable management. Overall, a solid choice for powering a high-performance PC.

Perfect for Mid range looking to upgrade.
This power supply is more than enough for the average PC,I used to have a 430 watt power supply which would shut offbecause not enough power was going to my graphics cardI will post my specs below so you can judge from that.SPECS:CPU: AMD FX-6300GPU: Nvidia GTX 970RAM: 8GBHDD: 1TBW/ a DVD driveGoing from 430 watts to 650 was the best thing i could have done,With my CPU powered, the 24 pin cable connected, and my graphics card, the only extra cable i had to connect was a SATA cable to power my DVDdrive and Hard Drive, I sill have 5 ports on my power supply to power other additions.SO,Overall this power supply is great for the average gaming PC when your still looking toupgrade in the future!(THE SECOND PICTURE IS OF MY OLD POWER SUPPLY, NOT THE PURCHASED PRODUCT)
