Not sure. I have a food saver. If all you want to replace is the tape, check out the roll of it. It is cheaper and fits both.

Q: Can these be used to replace both the top and bottom gasket on the foodsaver v2840? I think there's both foam but not certain.

I have the V3240 and it only has a foam gasket on the bottom. I really don't know about the 2840.

Q: Will they fit Foodsaver V850?

I'm sorry but this is not meant to be used with the V850.
