Quality of the buds are not not good and as it looks like buds colour need to be white. Where is it grey on few cases. The delivery of the product is quick.

So am all for being environmentally conscious and believe that cutting down individual consumption of single use plastic will have a huge impact on the plastic pollution we face.To that effect I ordered these swabs but why is it that brands that have an eco angle think that they can get away with inferior quality?Amount of cotton wool used is less and worse still it is not wound tightly enough. I have had the cotton left in my ear a bunch of times while using it even after a shower when the cotton is wet .Please DO NOT buy if you plan to use it with a child.

The quality of the earbud and the cotton on it isn’t great...while cleaning the ear, the cotton comes off and the wood hurts the inner ear.

If you want to go sustainable, go for some other brand. The Q tips are not good - cotton is very less and comes off easily. And the bamboo sticks used breaks off easily.

The buds are defective. One side of the bud has cotton that comes off and could lead to health hazard if it stays back in the ear. It is a non-returnable item. One should look into the quality.

I bought this solely for being somewhat responsible towards the environment. BUT the cotton comes off with absolutely no resistance what so ever. It can come off within the ear canal and the bare wood can scratch in sensitive areas.. Not recommend at all!
