no, not small i think. I'm usually a medium but i got a large. they fit well. i changed to a medium to get them a little tighter since i was on the middle hook but the seams started to rip ( i was doing a lot of workouts in them that needed to squat, be on the floor ect so I think i just did that andif you just walk you should be fine) but the large helps cuz its gives flex and room for a more moving endurance workout and you still sweat like crazy so i would go up a size

Q: Hi I'm trying to loose my baby weight and I'm 5'6 at 187 which size should I get to make sure it fits over my belly?

I'm 5'6 and 189 and I got the Large after i had my swcond son. It still fits snuggly but not uncomfortable and doesn't roll down at all on the waiste. I wear it all day with no issues. Great in the suana also
