Nice to know tongue weight!!
Well built. Nice knowing when I need to move snowmobiles in my trailer to help with tongue weight. I like the keyed alike feature. Functions well.

Problem was resolved. Fantastic scale!
I purchased this product back in July and was sorely disappointed to find out the scale did not function properly right out of the box. I had chalked it up as a loss and was going to move on with a great hitch that just didn’t have a functioning scale. Well about a week ago, Ashley, an employee with Weigh Safe, reached out to me to see if I’d review the product. Upon hearing that my scale didn’t work, she immediately said she would have their engineer verify a new scale worked, send me that one to keep, and then provide the return label so I could send them my non-functioning slider. The new one showed up yesterday and works perfectly! I have used the hitch a ton. It is very sturdy, light, and the locking mechanisms are awesome. I am so happy now that I have this awesome hitch with a functioning scale!Word of advice though: If you have a stock height half-ton pick-up, like I do, go with the 4” drop instead of the 6”. 6” drop is fine, but it feels too close to the ground at times. Hope this helped!

Lock and Load - This hitch is awesome and beautiful!
Lock and Load! This drop hitch is a work of aluminum art, and exactly what I needed to level my trailer hitched up to a 2015 Chevy Tahoe with the receiver up high in the bumper, and a 2004 Chevy Tahoe with the receiver around 9 inches lower (less drop needed on the hitch). Now I don’t have to have different hitches for each vehicle.I chose the model with maximum drop length, which is where I needed to be for a level loaded utility trailer for household hauling activities, and it’s perfect. The matching keyed receiver pin lock (keyed alike with the weigh safe locking drop pin mechanism) is convenient too.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. It’s not very often you have people notice your hitch or say “wow, that’s a nice hitch!,” but this one does exactly that!

Best hitch IMO!!!!
Has scale and is incredibly heavy duty. My truck was totaled from behind. Hitch was attached. Car that hit me bent the frame that hitch was in and was pushed up under truck. Hitch held up, truck not so good. Because of the frame damage, couldnt recover hitch. Damn right I bought a exact replacement. Money well spent. Guage works perfectly

Wasn't sure about this, but wanted to try it - NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Very well built, machined from solid piece of aluminum, matching locking collars on drop hitch and shank is great for ease of use. I bit expensive compared to a standard 6" drop hitch - but worth the money.Been towing and trailering for 25+ years, and I know how to load, and every now and then manage to find myself very fish-tail heavy as the items I have loaded just don't quite fit into the trailer I'm using that day. Currently I have 3 trailers and the ease to raise/lower the drop is fantastically simply and secure. Lock it and know its not going anywherePerfect example in the photo of a typicla unbalanced load - very tail heavy - 13 fresh cut wet cedar tree trunks I'm using for posts on a cabin porch I'm building. Wet Cedar is HEAVY, and these 4-6" between 12'6" up to -14'8" in a 10' trailer show that my back end was heavy and I knew it would be once I loaded up. The scale on the ball hitch allowed me to (here is the important part) "confidently know" when the load was balanced by adding logs to the front of my trailer..... The scale told me I was fine based on load weight estimate and what I could read on tongue weight. The 55 mile drive home on highway I had no issues and no rear end swinging around due to poor load management (guessing). AS I often rough mill lumber, this is a game changer for me when I have boards/trunk longer than my trailer capacity.FOr a few extra dollars, I have safety on the road when I know I'm loading something I shouldn't be loading. Can't wait to drive my Kubota up on my 16' trailer and just drive forward/baclkward depending on what Implements I'm bringing that day. I have marks on the floor of my trailer now and they wear off all the time and I've been guessing by how the load rode - AFTER I drove it. Nice to KNOW before I get on the highway going forward7/26/2021UPDATE - after less than 2 years of towing various loads - I really loved this product. TILL the scale completely stopped working. It just stays at ZERO - I have no idea if my hitch weight is proper or not, and go "old school" and drive my tractor on till the rear end of my truck drops... Wonder why I paid so much for a scale now.... Emailed the company to see what they can do for me. Right now I'm grossly disappointed in myself for spending the extra money on this product over a standard hitch1/10/2022 2nd UPDATEAfter hitch scale failed (1 year warranty) 16 months from purchase, the company sent me replacement parts for the scale, which took me some time to swap out - these parts did not work either & I have now wasted time and money on this very expensive hitch. Multiple emails asking for help have not ended in resolution as of yet. Save your money, if it fails, you will be left with an expensive aluminum hitch instead of saving $200 and just buying a steel hitch in the first place.

Great Hitch
I love the light weightiness' of this hitch. So easy to put together and use and then disassemble when needed. Adjustable height is nice, I have multiple trailers and vehicles I use this with and it's nice to be able to adjust for each one. Knowing the tongue weight is nice, so when we are loading up the trailers it is easier to adjust the items prior to overloading the areas.
