The design is flawed.Uf you have weights at home the bag should hold either water or weights.secondly the attachment to the piece doesn’t stay in place especially when you have to set it up and put it onby yourselfThirdly the straps to the binder should be able to be shortened or lengthen depending on the situation. Needsbetter design to utilize without difficulty

Very flimsy mechanical set up, would not recommend buying in this. Can make one a lot sturdier. Waist band not sturdy enough. Kept slipping down. Would not hold.
