Yes! My Great Grandson is 17months. Fits perfect. He fights having it put on. easy to wash and does not wrinkle. Pleased.

It's all the same material and it's really easy to clean! I hand wash them with soap and water after each use and every couple weeks we toss them in the wash and hang dry. Some of the lighter colored bibs we have have been lightly stained from orange foods, but overall have not had any color problems.
