I am very picky the older I’ve gotten with what products I put into my body. I did a lot of research and found that this company puts in all natural ingredients I take one in the morning and I take one in early afternoon and I have energy all day long without any side effects. I will only ever order this multivitamin. I highly recommend.

This is my favorite multivitamin! I had a terrible week where I was exposed to lots of synthetic fragrances, which made me almost ill and it worsened my food intolerance, until I started taking this multivitamin. Almost immediately my food intolerance improved to where it was before - i returned to my normal. I am very pleased with the quality and composition of the vitamin, especially that it does not have a mega dose of B3. I used to have a hard time finding a good multivitamin that did not have extreme doses of B vitamins, especially B3, until I found this one! Thank you!

Very hard to swallow but I can get it down.

This is a great formula that has just about everything a person needs. It is covers about 8 different types of formulas having, not only vitamins, but also the antioxidants and many herbs that are helpful to keeping the organs, glands and cells functioning properly. If you are used to taking a fistful of supplements each day and have a clutter of bottles on your shelves, this product can simplify your life. Just need to add fish oil and I usually take more D3 than this, through the winter anyway. I also load up on more magnesium from other sources. Since I've had problems with copper toxicity, I'd just as soon the copper wasn't there. Overall, I think this is a great product that is helping me get my health back and I trust Dr. Lynch to deliver a product that is pure.

I just turned 45 yesterday, September 9th and am having some cosmetic surgery soon and I researched all of the multivitamins and supplements that would help with the bruising, inflammation and pain afterwards. When I found the all of the multivitamins that had what I needed in them, I read all of the reviews and ingredients and decided this one was the best for what I needed. I have now been on them for 4 days and of course, that is not much time to see a lot of results, but I can say that I have noticed my energy level has increased. I am very excited to see how they work once I have my surgery. So stay tuned for the update. Fast forward to October 5th.... multivitamins are flipping awesome. They have played an imminent role in my recovery from my cosmetic surgery and the energy level is even better. I have also noticed a difference in my skin, hair and nails. I would highly recommend these vitamins. They will definitely be a part of my regimen for the rest of my life!

I have ordered these vitamins for years on the recommendation from a Naturopath. We have many health problems in our family and a lot of vitamins have things in them that can make us worse. The Seeking Health vitamins are very pure and contain all of the vitamins and minerals that we need from natural sources. They also contain amino acids, and antioxidants. The other really beneficial addition is bilberry extract which is really good for the eyes. Overall we are very pleased with these vitamins and highly recommend them.

I have researched many multi vitamins and this is the most comprehensive. I trust the quality of it, which is an important factor for me and is methylated where necessary. What I don't like, but is unavoidable, is having to take 8 capsules a day.
