Great built quality, heavy beam
They mentioned easy assembly, yes!!But that's after you pass the first phase of figuring out how to assemble it and trying to keep the pieces together without them constantly falling apart. But once you have assembled the base rectangle then everything is easy peasy! The pamphlet guide is really presicse and very easy to understand but it doesn't say which way the pieces face outward, as each piece can be flipped 180'.The overall built quality is sturdy and thickness of each beam is good. The "Bolt-Less" joints are sturdy but they do tent to get jammed up once in place in their socket. So little banging on them will get them to loosen up.The corrugated cardboard/wood panels are pretty heavy with a half inch thickness. They slide in the designated grooves but will require a nice thumping to get them to sit comfortably In the socket.Once fully assembled the stand is rather on the heavy side to be moved around. But it does not wobble. Although the plastic caps on the ends of the Piller beams could have been made with rubber rather than plastic to avoid slipping on the floor. But they serve a good purpose.Overall great built quality, very sturdy.Hope the beams don't catch rust in the long term

,Good concept. Excellent design. Poor packing in result parts damage.
Good concept of rack. Need to improve packing to avoid transit damage. With damage of strips/support strips, rivets difficult to assemble . Lamination boards : Lamination damage in transit due to poor packing. Solution to improve packing while packing wrap in bubble packing sheet before placing in coordinate to avoid damages.Good concept. Excellent design. Poor packing in result parts damage.

Value for money, sturdy, needs careful fixing
The unit while easy to assemble requires strength to fix the parts into position and ensure alignment. Some of the bolts for fixing were not accurate but the unit is sturdy and as expected. It’s big enough for storage. Since the metal parts are powder coated, some of the coating comes off while fixing due to some sharp edges leaving some spots revealing the bare metal. The product is not perfect but works well for the purpose and did not require a carpenter intervention.

DON'T BUY. THIN, SCRATCHY, UNSTABLE, FLIMSY AND PAINFUL TO ASSEMBLE
In short - DON'T BUY.The seller sent used item. The paint was off at many places. Some frame parts were bent. Lots of scratches and at places the frame was rusty. Laminated MDF board was ok but it's not more than 1 cm thick. Boltless system sounds good to ear but it was big headache to assemble because of flimsy frame. The frame will bent with your hand!!! It's made by very thin guage. Took more than one hour to assemble mainly because of misaligned bars and it was painful process. Had to use plastic hammer. Even paint came out with soft plastic hammer. One plastic feet broke during installation. The plastic was of extremely cheap quality. Even after full installation the whole setup was shaking with little push. There is no lock mechanism so if you try to lift it from above it breaks into two parts. You will have to use nut bolt to fully secure it. All MDF board not fitted length wise in slot but width wise it was ok. I will have to sand few mm of length to fit it properly. I was thinking of returning it but I didn't because of two reasons. 1. I will again have to go through painful process of disassembling it using hammer and further damaging the bar and paint work. 2. If I return this I am sure the seller will send this scratchy and paint removed bent item to some other customers.I am really sorry that I wasted Rs. 4399 on this flimsy thin guage piece of crap. However few things I liked was 1. All items were sent, nothing missing. 2. The white finish on MDF looks good. 3. From distance the setup looks decent.

Value for money
Update: got and assembled the racks. See picturesHere's a tip: put all bars at the same level at the top part of the hole (top part of the two part hole at each corner). Once all bars of a level are in the top part of the hole, then you can push them down one by one. You can use the back end of a screwdriver to hammer lightly. I'm suggesting this because, once a bar goes to the bottom hole in a corner, then the adjacent bar in the corner doesn't go in easily. This should've been in the instructions. It would've saved me a lot of time. This is so good, I'm reordering another set in a week. The assembly is not easy as parts are slightly bent and their tolerances in manufacturing are not that good. (See my tip above, it might help)However this is decent value for money.
