This has been a life-saver! I had to work a week-long trade show, setting it up and breaking it down. Those tear my lower back up with all the unpacking, lifting and being on our feet all day. Was able to wear this under my shirt undetected and made it through the show without horrible back spasms. Feels well made, there are two ways to tighten the brace. The first Velcro is wide and secures well, the second smaller Velcro really makes the big difference in tightening and securing the whole brace. It wears a little warm but I think that helped me, in helping my back muscles to relax a bit more. And frankly, a very fair trade-off for the support. I also like that this could be ordered in different sizes, instead of one size fits all. Price was fair and I'd buy again. Have been using daily since, especially in the mornings when my back tends to be tightest. Highly Recommended!

Wow the back brace is awesome. I was a little skeptical but I’m glad I tried it out. It’s durable , I have the pink brace. The separate straps are really an asset because the hold the brace in place. The brace assist with posture and pain. This is a great buy.

I’m 5’3 175lbs. I have tried many fajas, waste cinchers, shapewhere, ect. Spent WAY too much money. This back brace is the cheapest and best brace overall. It not only cinches and giving support, but you can disguise under clothes. I have double curvature scoliosis with significant angles. Never had surgery. Until I got in my late 30s, the back pain was pretty unbearable. Drop foot, sciatica, as well as a hot spot of stabbing nerve pain kept me from walking long distances. This brace is worth the $20. It doesn’t give muffin top, the Velcro is 100x better than the boning and rubber torture devices that I was previously wearing. Doesn’t push your boobs up to your throat. So far I love it. Best support and not unbearable to wear.

This has become a life saver for me multiple times! I have two compressed discs in my back and fragments missing out of another. Add in some arthritis and it’s not a fun time when my back goes out. I can tell when it’s going to happen-I grab this brace and cinch it down as tight as I can and instant relief from pain. Works like a charm! Very lightweight, super easy to use. Really like the two attached extra support pieces that Velcro. Has a good amount of stretch and give so you don’t feel like you’re suffocating; but getting the adequate support you need!

I followed the measurement guide and ordered an XXL. I was way to large and very bulky. May want to consider sizing down. Also, very hard to sit down for any period of time due to the stiffness of the material. The velcro quality is strong. I sit a lot for work and even if I had the correct size, I think it would be very uncomfortable.

Works well. Adjustable. Provides decent support.

This is the most comfortable back brace I have ever worn. I have to wear it for balance issues but it would be really good for back problems. It is much easier to put on than my original one. It is a quality made product at a great price.
