I have been a side or tummy sleeper my whole life, but lately I've felt the need to change as I wake up achy and uncomfortable more and more these days, especially my lower back when I'm sleeping on my tummy. I've tried several thing to help me transition to sleeping predominantly on my back, such as adding extra pillows around me, much to my husband's chagrin, but those pillows were movable, and old habits die hard.Anyway, I got this pillow in hopes that it would help me. I've used the pillow four nights already and it has helped train me to sleep on my back. The sides of the pillow are comfortable and provide the support for my head and neck.

A product that caused me pain should not be inflicted on others—and it is outrageous to suggest I pass on a defective or unsuitable item rather than receive the refund I am entitled to.When I pushed further, they claimed I should speak to a manager “on Amazon,” which turned out to be an automated chatbot that instantly confirmed the item was not eligible for return or refund. It became crystal clear: the seller is using deceptive tactics to avoid accountability, particularly because this is an expensive item.I have never encountered such a lack of empathy, customer care, and transparency from a seller. This experience was not only disappointing—it was infuriating. Buyers deserve honesty and support, not manipulation and dismissal. I’ve had this pillow for a few days and I can honestly say that my neck pain has significantly reduced since using this. I have bought tons of pillows that were supposed to help and never did. I feel my neck laid inside it comfortably. It wasn’t too firm or too soft, it was perfect! I definitely recommend to anyone that has had neck pain for years to try out this pillow!

I had so much expectations for this pillow! But sadly it doesn't work for me! I use it for some times and constantly wake up with sore neck and shoulders.I also noticed venus rings on my neck.

I received the Sleep & Glow Aula beauty pillow a few days ago and have been trying it out. My hope was that it would give me a good nights sleep while being comfortable and supported while adding a bit of a luxury feel.Let me just say… It did just that! There are a few details that help this pillow stand out for me . The hidden zipper ensures that the pillow feels smooth and the zipper isnt showing and adding discomfort. I also love sleeping on satin pillowcases because of the skin and hair benefits so I was so glad the the pillow case does just that. One stand out for me is how the memory foam stays cool and doesnt squish down .Overall, I am happy with this purchase and my husband even used it one night and said his neck felt so good in the morning!

This pillow supports your neck while you sleep and when you wake up there’s no creases in our face. It’s really soft and the material is very good. I can sleep like Sleeping Beauty. I loved!!
