As in this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g0iop_LDanE , It is a terrible lock. It can be easily opened in seconds. This company is shady, and outright lies.

No I bought 2 of them and are different numbers,on both of them they say LB but different numbers..

Just turn it and kind of shake/jiggle it off. I had the same problem the first time I unlocked mine.
