Interesting flavour. Not what I expected, but it's quite nice - quite a mild flavour. I'm glad to be able to cook chicken Chettinad with authentic ingredients. I'm not sure I'd buy it again, but I do have a lifetime's supply now, so that's a moot point. Good value.
