Cover arrived a day early in perfect condition. Packaging superb. Everything in the box as expected. Installation easy.CUSTOMER SERVICE - SUPERB. One bracket and screw either was screwed up on arrival, or more likely I stripped them.- Sent an email asking for replacement bracket and screw. Bill me, no big deal.- TWELVE hours later I had a UPS tracking number for the replacement parts. Delivered today, one business day after they were shipped. Free of charge.EDIT. Fits mt 21 Ram 5 7 bed perfectly.

Parts falling off after 3 days!!!!!!!!!!
NO instructions included, so it took way longer than it should have to install this piece.Very poor water resistance.Opened tail gate after only 3 days and 2 of the 4 foam blocks that were attached with cheap 2 sided tape had fallen off in my truck bed.Just buy the bakflip cover vs the knock off.

Fits 2021 Ram 1500 5'7 " perfectly
This cover is awesome! I am not sure why they have it listed for a 5' 8" bed as Ram does not make that size but it fits the 2021 Ram 1500 5' 7" perfectly!!

Easy to install and looks great
The cover was simple to install and looks great. Drove through a blizzard and rain storm and everything stayed perfectly dry inside. Love it.

Flew off on the freeway!! Not safe!!!
Overall I was happy with the product. Nice sleek design that sits flush on my truck. Would’ve been a 4.5 star product if it wasn’t for the constant loosening of the bolts. Unfortunately my wife was driving and didn’t notice the rattle, and it flew off while on the freeway in los angeles. Thank God it was Sunday morning and traffic was low and no one got hurt. I purchased it when it was around 800 bucks. Money down the drain!
