The serum has an extreme reaction to my face after just one use. Horrible product.I had swelling, pus filled pimples, extremely dry skin and red marks all over the face which took 10 days to recover (with additional cost of dermatologist and medicines)The customer support is another horror. Tried speaking to their team for 2 months but every mail felt like an automated response. They do not want to listen, or even read their mails. It’s like speaking to a wall.

Been using this for more than 2 months, it does hydrate, gives a glow when applied, even brightens to some extent. To see reduction on pigmentation, fine lines, I think we need to use for longer. No irritation for dry, reddened, sensitive skin type and for mature skin too.
