The USB-A connector is dented and I cannot plug to my laptop which makes it useless.
Disappointed. The product came in just a plastic container. Didn't even come in a box! And I was further disappointed when I noticed that the USB-A connector has a dent on the side. I tried plugging it on my laptop but due to the dent, it will not even connect at all so it's useless. Soooo disappointed after waiting for 11 days of shipment, and when it arrived, I cannot even use it. Returned it immediately.
