Microplane Premium Classic Spice Grater - Black

I did not buy this grater for spices. I bought it to shave down my corns and calluses. This is the perfect size for this task. Cleans up easily with a sharp “rap” and water rinse. It is so sharp that I can shave the thickness that I need without cutting myself. It performs exactly the way it need it to perform. The handle is very comfortable and fit my hand nicely. The length is perfect for getting the angle I need to shave the area I want. I will buy this again. I will buy another one for my kitchen when that one fails.I do not recommend the untrained to do this. As part of my family practice, I took care of diabetic feet for many years.

I've recently discovered the wonderful flavour of freshly grated cinnamon, and after struggling with a hand grater, and then a ginger grater, I was delighted to find this spice grater. It's brilliant! Very easy to use, and all it takes is a few seconds to grate the quantity I need. And for cleaning - just a few taps shakes off any excess powder, and back into its cover it goes. Highly recommended!

Hatte vor dieser Reibe schon einige Reiben verschiedener Hersteller ausprobiert. Keine konnte mich aber so richtig überzeugen. Entweder waren sie von Anfang an nicht scharf oder nach kurzer Zeit stumpf. Bei den anderen wurde das Gewürz oder die Nüsse nicht fein genug gerieben.Das ist bei dieser Reibe nun alles endlich Geschichte. Ob harte Nüsse wie Muskat oder Tonka, weiche Gewürzkerne oder andere Dinge lassen sich ohne Mühe einfach reiben. Das Ding ist einfach sau scharf.Die Verarbeitung ist Spitze. Die Reibe kostet zwar einiges mehr als andere - ist aber jeden Euro wert.
