Loved this book, found it very inspiring and full of easy things to implement in the work place. Definitely gets you thinking about your leadership skills and how to improve.

In a nutshell this book :- is filled with famous quotes from different people (Simon Sinek, Steve Jobs etc.)- an analysis of each quote is done but there are a lot of repetitions (some paragraphs are rewritten pages later, which gives you the impression that the author just wants to fill pages)- has 130 pages in total, and given the repetitions... you can rapidly shorten that- has a lot of grammar mistakes and sometimes the sentence isn't finished (blank)- isn't worth the price given the content (19 euros)- Overall, a good read if you don't care about what was mentioned above but there's way better books on Leadership (Simon Sinek books for instance) given the price/mistakes and hasted writing.
