Game changing swaddle
I cannot recommend this swaddle enough. Our bub is not only very comfortable, but the snug swaddle ensures their startle reflex is minimised which allows them to sleep longer!

Great secure wrap
Our little boy constantly wriggled his arms out of his other wraps - this one is so good I’ve just bought a second. The separate arm wraps really helps it to stay in place more securely and very easy to use

Wish I’d found this sooner! But doesn’t look like it’ll last
Update: One week in, after one gentle wash and typical use I just found a small hole. Not too optimistic about how long this will last :(Love this! It’s so easy to use and it’s much less bulky than using muslin blankets. My son usually grunts so much in his sleep trying to wiggle out of his swaddle that he wakes me up constantly but slept soundly till he was hungry last night. He’s been busting out of his swaddle every night lately but couldn’t with this so it’s great for little Houdini babies. My son is big too, already 15lbs at 8 weeks but I’m positive we’ll be able to use this until he no longer needs to be swaddled. This will definitely be something I gift to new parents!

If you're a clutz like me, it certainly made swaddling a lot easier ...
I bought this for my newborn as he was having real difficulty sleeping due to silent reflux and had heard that the miracle blanket really was a miracle. Well, I have to admit that it did help him, a bit. Swaddling helps settle the baby because he can't thrash his arms and legs around waking himself him and makes him feel safe and secure (at least in theory), therefore, the miracle blanket did as much as it could possibly do. If you're a clutz like me, it certainly made swaddling a lot easier than using regular blankets. However, the leg pocket is just too big for a younger baby with my little ones legs escaping easily every time, which kind of defeats the purpose. So unfortunately I didn't get too much use of it before I had to retire it until he's a bit older. Also, it's no cure for reflux as I have seen other reviews state, at least not in my case.

Then you're left with your adorable burrito baby
Overview: The Miracle Blanket takes the skill out of using a muslin-type swaddle blankets and separates itself from all of the other swaddlers by having the ability to pin the baby's arms to the sides, making it much more difficult to escape! You use the swaddle by tucking the arm flaps underneath the baby's back (which does require lifting them up as in a diaper change), then putting their feet in the foot pocket, pulling the (baby's) left side of the swaddle tight and then tucking it under their right arm, and then wrapping the outermost layer around and under the baby tightly. Then you're left with your adorable burrito baby! When I first started using this, it seemed cumbersome, and it is more difficult than a SwaddleMe velcro swaddler or a Woombie, but this is why it works. When your baby is sleeping many more hours at a time you will know it's worth the extra 30 seconds to get them properly swaddled. There have been 2 times so far when my 14lb, 9 week old has gotten his right arm out, and tucking the arm flap more under his body has fixed that. He has also got his feet out, so I put him lower in the swaddler and so far that is working. He may be outgrowing it soon, though.Pros: It works the best of the many swaddlers that I have tried for keeping baby swaddled (compared to Woombie, SwaddleMe, Aden+Anais, SwaddleUp and SwaddleMe Pods).-It is possible to untuck the legs and do a diaper change without a complete un-swaddle.Cons: Legs will probably eventually come out. My son is 23 1/4 inches and he's probably reaching the last few weeks of being able to use this. I wish they had a bigger size.Would I recommend: Yes! This is the only swaddler you will need!
