3rd time I used this, the straps on the pedals came off. Specifically the end caps popped off. Poor design and cheap plastic/rubber. Came really close to hitting me in the face. Blocked it with my arms. Bruises. I gorilla glued the end caps and now it seems fine. If you glue this, make sure the straps are set correctly because they won't move after gluing.It does provide a good abs workout using your arms and legs. You can't pull really hard because the plastic/rubber handle bends. I'm afraid it will break eventually. I really like that you can disconnect the bands so it adjusts the tension. This could be a 5 star product if they would improve the quality.Update: I've used this a lot since my first review. The gluing worked. No worries now. Good workout. 👍

This is a real bargain! I find the pedal resistance fitness equipment very helpful in getting back into an exercise routine. When doing sit-ups, it’s important to use your stomach muscles in addition to the fitness bands. It can be used with other exercises also. I would definitely buy this set again.

Use with pilates and great little workout for arms and legs. Also very easy to travel with these.

I thought it would be better then the couch and that is better is the couch for sit up

It’s a wonderful piece of equipment I use it to target different part of my body that’s all I need and a treadmill, I cancel my exercise membership it’s that good
