JUST DID NOT WORK FOR MY USE

absolutely useless for standard plastic cups which you buy from every local grocery store (the standard disposable ones that have a little lip round the edge and come in packs of 100)the three prongs that tighten to stop the cups falling through do not have lips to catch the cups, rather they have a rounded edge which applies slight pressure but when you pull out one cup loads more come with it as there is nothing to catch the next cup. i know its difficult to explain but before you purchase get a picture of the inside mechanism and compare it with others.i see that other people have written positive reviews. perhaps these were used for paper cups without any rims on the edges and are extrememly lightly packed together with a large space between cups. but this is only a guess.regards

This cup holder is great for pairing with a water machine. Hangs up really nice on the wall and hold onto the cups well as they are pulled out. Every now and again you get double, but its so few and far in between that its not worth the complaint as the good well outweights the bad. I would recommend this product to all.
