Its a great rug for value. Its great in our playroom. Short fibers so its like cleaning a bare floor but be aware it doesn't offer much cushion. If you're putting it on hardwood for a play floor, you should invest in undermats if you're looking for a softer play surface. But the design is nice, price is right and its survived a toddler for almost a year now.

This rug is 8 feet by 10 feet. It is vibrant and beautiful. My kids love it. It is exactly what I was wanting, at a reasonable cost. I looked at many others and this size was about $100 more by other sellers.It is not thick. I knew this from the reviews. If you’re looking for something that is thick, then spend the additional $100. I was happy with it. It has a rubber/ latex backing. I liked that it does not move at all. We got a wool mat for underneath because we have vinyl floors that you’re not supposed to put a rubber rug directly on. We paid about $50 for the under mat. It gives it a whole lot more cushioning, which I don’t mind, but also didn’t need. Overall, it met my expectations.

Very colorful and fun, my kids love it. It's thinner and not fluffy kind, but it's soft, it doesn't feel plasticky or cheap and the bottom is rubbery, so it doesn't skid around the floor. The kids got it for Christmas, it's almost September now and they still play with it. It's in the living room so it has been stepped on a lot every day and my husband wears shoes inside! You probably are not meant to wash it in the washing machine but I have done it a few times and it comes out as new. After all the rough use it hasn't lost color, disintegrated or started having any loose threads.

The carpet is very bright and fun. It looks great in our playroom. It is very thin, so it feels a lot like sitting directly on the hard floor when you sit down on it. Also, some of the animals have a strange look to them. My kids had no idea where the monkey was when we asked them...he is super skinny and just odd...the jaguar has a similar appearance. Also, the flamingo is brown, which made them not believe me when I said it was a flamingo. Overall it works and was a good price for a play room throw rug.

The kids had picked out a white bunk bed with a blue and white fort in the bottom half so we needed a play rug with those colors and I'm so glad that it's also the prettiest playtime rug at Amazon. Just right. So I asked my great granddaughter to write the review, tell people what they needed to know, just tell them the truth. And that's her review, word for word. "It's awesome! It's pretty! You should buy this rug for your kids!"

I LOVE it. We have been looking for one as big and as detailed as the one our son had in the late '80s. After two years of looking, we thought that kind of quality was gone forever...unless you spend an offensive amount of money. As grandparents, we refuse to pay more for a toy car rug than we would spend on carpeting a room in our own house. (Extreme example, but you get the picture.).This rug is HUGE! I can see hours of imaginative play. When you drive your little car to one end, you have to physically travel to take your car to the other end (both lengthwise and widthwise ); therefore you become so involved in your playing that you.......sorry, I'm rambling.The quality is excellent, and I can't comment on the price since I got this rug at an UNBELIEVABLE $40. So, I ordered three more. Now all of our grandsons can have one of their own at home. Now that I have it, I know I would have spent much more to have this quality. I have a feeling that the granddaughters (one is 20 months, and the other has an ETA of Dec 15) will enjoy it too.I hope the grandkids like it as much as I do. They won't see it till Christmas. (Yes, I got out the little cars and tried it out. I had to check it for quality purposes....right?)

My kids love to be okay with their cars, so I was looking for a rug that our robot vacuum can go over, is easy to clean, and, most notably, is a fun color. Most options are green or black, which I don't prefer for the room. This is blue, more like on the lavender side, but not girlish. The roads are wide enough to fit hot wheels or similar cars side by side. My son likes the parking lots; this one having parking spaces is a plus to us. It arrived nicely packaged, and as soon as I lay, it stayed without wrinkles.

We have a grayish blue paint color in our baby's room and saw this and thought it would go perfectly with the color, and it does. A lot of the other options on Amazon that are in the same price range are green and we thought that would look tacky.Our 17-month old immediately understood the purpose of all the little roads as she sped her car along them. It's a very cute design. . I would personally like it if the design had a little more variety for the illustration, but at a certain point that doesn't really matter as it's more now a way just to distinguish a play area in her room. Though it's relatively thin, it's comfortable to sit on and keeps her off of the cold wooden floors in our place.For this size, it's a great bargain. It has also been very easy for us to clean.
