Nice compact laptop for a reasonable price
This lightweight laptop is the right size for me. Functional and has great screen resolution with plenty of battery life. One drawback: the touchpad itself has the numbers on it in addition to those on the keyboard. Don't really like this feature which is a nuisance when using the touchpad. I attached a wireless mouse which performs perfectly and solves the problem of inadvertently turning on the numbers when using the touchpad.

Amazing laptop for the price. beautifully designed.
Amazing laptop. I have been a mac user for the past 15 years but wanted to buy something really cheap for my daughter. but after using this I have given up on macs. this is amazing and unbelievable. Although I am using Linux mint on this so cant say much about how windows will do on it. I have upgraded it with an OKN AX200 wifi adapter and fixed an extra aux antenna as there was only 1 antenna in the original card. I have also put WD 1TB NVME SSD. Boot time on Linux mint is 12 seconds and apps run amazingly smooth. designing is beautiful. No complaints so far. The screen is a big let down but that's the best you can get for the price. Don't expect to run heavy software. It's a daily on-the-go web surfing or movie laptop. the battery is amazing I have been getting around 8-12 hours on a single charge.

Slow at first, but overall works amazingly!
It's very well made, and works amazingly. I tried downloading chrome on it, but it was too slow. Eventually the main browser started working faster, and now it's a few months after I've had it and I don't have a single problem!

Amazing for the $$$
I bought the renewed version and what was shipped to me could be considered brand new. From the packaging to the product inside, perfect. Easy to set up and after a day or two, Windows 11 upgrade was suggested and installed. Any hesitancy about Windows 10s was solved. The laptop is fast on its' own and the wifi is a significant improvement over previous tablets and chromebooks. Linking my phone and desktop computer was a snap. All in all, I am very happy with the Asus E410.

Sound sucks
The sound isn’t the greatest. I have it on 100 and can barely hear it.

Very well done.
Not top of the line CPU, but more than adequate for business applications including text documents and spreadsheets. I was concerned at first about running my stock market technical analysis, which includes graphic charts, looping in code and substantial mathematical calculations. After reviewing tech specs on Celeron 4020, seemed worth giving it a try. Machine doesn't blink! Celeron processors have come a long way since their first release. Needing a i7 CPU for typical business applications is now a myth. As an architect, I use a Workstation to generate 3D models and ray tracing renderings (CPU intensive), but once these files are fully processed and ready for client presentation off-site, this ASUS laptop does the job cleanly. Businesses should buy according to the role of the user, not simply assume everyone requires maximum power.

Light, fast, easy setup
For the money this is one of the best. The thickness and weight are almost the same as my wife’s tablet but much more functional. Screen is clear and sharp. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is the touch pad. The number function is not consistent. It works when it wants to but sometimes shuts off when in use. I’ve just stopped using it and use the keyboard numbers.
