The comfort of the seat is Great for a larger person. The material won't hold water and you won't get Swamp Ass after a small rain. This one has the steel cables that supports the back of the seat to the bottom and comes with the extra nylon side straps that I don't use. I think the cheaper ones only come only with the nylon side straps and not the steel cables. The steel cable is an option on the cheaper ones. I think the nylon side straps look cheap and would get in the way and the lower steel cables holds my 260 lb. butt just fine. I wish they were a little cheaper but it's a quality product for sure!

Love these seats! Does not hold water and comfortable to sit in for pich fishing! UV resistant too. I’ll see how long the material lasts but frames will be there along time. Mounted in three River boats. Durable and comfortable swivel seats. Swivel mount does not come with them but hardware ships with seats. Recommendation for River or lake boats.Richard B

I’ve been fishing for 45 years. This is absolutely the best boat seat I’ve ever had ,all day comfort. And it doesn’t stay wet after a rain. I just wish it was about $50 cheaper (being it’s made in China). If you are using a Attwood pedestal with a 3 degree tilt you’ll have to put the arrow on the mounting plate towards the back ,because the frame already has tilt built into it.
