I've been a bodybuilder for 22 years and know my body and its limits extremely well. I notice small differences in even small diet changes. I started taking a half capsule of this each day 2 hours before my workout. I can get a few more reps in now during each set. I take a little less time to recover between sets, and I'm less exhausted by workouts. I also seem to nail my form better. It doesn't seem to do anything for acute recovery time. If you lift, this is a good investment.

Love the price of this product. I read studies that you can lose weight but I haven't lost any. The good news is that I now have enough energy to start working out so I can lose weight. It improves my mood like a good cup of coffee without jitters.

I have used this product over and over and love it. There isnt anything be burped up afterwards, they dont stink and they work great!! This has definitely helped me with my anxiety and stress levels.

*UPDATE* I have lowered my rating. I thought this product helped me at first and may be the first bottle did. I decided to completely stop taking this product because it was making me sleepy and not managing my issues when driving. When I weaned off this product I was not expecting the side effects. I bought this to see if it would help me with anger. Being off the product made me feel a way that I knew was not right. Supplements affect people differently. Please be aware that you may experience an unpleasant surprise of emotions when you forget to take it (or stop taking it). Almost like you developed a dependency. The color was different and was not as effective in managing my anger. I kept a few pills from the first bottle and the difference in experience was obvious. For now I don’t really blame the brand, but more on Amazon. This is not the first time that buying supplements from Amazon has been disappointing. Due to this experience I won’t repurchase again and will buy a different brand.
