wow, this was easy to set up. MacBook Pro 16-inch 2019. I didn't even read the instructions. Just plugged in the USB-C to USB-C cable, and the monitor powered on immediately. Went to Settings on the Mac => Displays => Turned off Mirroring and set the external display as an extended display.The external display has a built menu. Brightness great. Color great. The volume gets plenty loud (on the Mac, go to Settings => Sound => then choose the external display as the sound output).Anyway, love the display. They even include a QR code to scan to get a 2-year warranty (just give them your Amazon order#).

Extremely pleased with this monitor. Came packaged very well, and I am quite impressed by the accessories. They include all necessary cords to immediately use the device. I purchased this for a bigger screen to use with my SteamDeck and it checks all boxes. Easy to set up, instructions are simple and include PICTURES. That detail is crucial when reading an instructor's manual. The customer service is quick to respond; I contacted them to activate the 2 year warranty and inquire about the upgraded accessory they offer and received a reply within 24 hours.The screen itself is clear, there are options for colour temperature, saturation, etc. Volume isn't extremely loud but I don't need it to be.If you're looking for an external monitor to use with the SteamDeck that won't break the bank, this is the one.

Arrived quickly and I haven't had any issues using it, though it has been just a few days at this point. The case/cover that it comes with works, but isn't perfect. I do appreciate being able to get a free item when your register the product. I chose the monitor stand and it's great. I use the monitor just as a second screen for my casual laptop. I bring it around the house depending on where I'm working. Easy setup, easy to move, and for the price it's hard to say anything negative.

This is a great backup monitor and works perfectly. I had been trying to use my own USB-C cable with it, and it wouldn't work. I called the 1-800 number and left a message. Some guy personally called me back and walked me through how I needed to use the cable provided with the monitor. Easy. Really good customer service.

Much of the work I do requires me to work with two monitors, so every time I travel I've had to monkey around linking my tablet to my PC as my 2nd monitor. This monitor has changed everything for me. It slides in my backpack with my PC, set's up easily, and gives me a 2nd monitor I can actually use in my temporary hotel room 'offices'.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought to hopefully use with my new Nintendo Switch 2. I had seen that people were able to use it with their OG Nintendo Switch.I got the unit and tried to connect it to my Switch 2 directly with the included usb-C to usb-C cable and nothing. I tried a usb-C to HDMI cable that I have from Anker and it did not work. I used the included HDMI cable with an HDMI to usb-C Anker adapter I own and that didn’t work either. Typically the problem is not with Anker’s products, but there is that possibility. My assumption is it’s a software side block coming from Nintendo.I did not even bother to try to connect the Switch 2 in its dock to the screen because that wouldn’t serve my needs for which I bought it. But I would assume the screen works fine if connected to the Switch 2 dock.Seemed like a nice screen and mirrored my iPad with no problem. But sadly I returned it since it didn’t function with the Switch 2.

This is my second portable monitor. The quality, flexibility and ease of use of this monitor is excellent. The instructions are complete and if there are any questions, the customer service number is actually on a sticker at the bottom of the monitor. Finally, it comes with a 2 year warranty which is very generous.
