EDIT: Several months later, my husband's phone needed a new battery. I ordered a second kit, and much like the first it was farily easy to install, works great. Meanwhile the first one I purchased lasts two days without needing to be charged. I'm just very, very happy with this product! ORIGINAL POST: I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone when I was told by local phone repair places that they couldn't replace the battery in a 6s Plus. I thought well what do I have to lose then might as well try it myself. The videos were great, followed the directions. I would suggest that you have a screen protector securely fixed to your screen before working on it. It added a good amount of stability to the screen for removal for the battery install. Anyhow I followed the directions to the letter, and the battery works great. I'm back to only charging my phone every other day just like when my phone was new. Pretty impressed!

My iphone 6s plus battery had almost died and I was worried because currently I am not in a position to buy new phone. I read the reviews here and purchased this battery. Here are the Pros:1) Good packaging and delivery2) The battery came with an entire toolkit which is manufactured very well3) The kit looks exactly similar to what it is shown in pictures4) I was new to the process of changing iphone's battery myself, so I saw many YouTube videos before I started the process. Finally a detailed video by some user going by the channel name 'Tiger' helped me a lot. So it was doable, otherwise looked like a daunting task.5) It has been 4 days that I changed the battery and I have had to charge the phone it only twice.Overall, a good product, thank you

I purchased this so I could save my old iPhone. I read through all the reviews. I also watched some great videos on YouTube yo prepare me to change out the battery. I found it is easier to do with two people. There are parts that are tiny and I needed a third hand to hold certain parts to successfully remove and replace my old battery. In the end, we got it changed it less than 15 minutes and the phone works perfectly. This is a great value and the quality of this kit is great.

Battery fits. It powers up. I would do this repair again but wish I had better vision to see the little screws. New adhesive strips did not want to peel off properly and turned into a mess but they are on the battery. I did replace the screen gasket. It went well but had to open the phone up a second time so it was destroyed. First test after installing the battery was good except the internet on my phone did not work. Thought I did not seat a cable properly and the reason I opened the phone back up. Everything was working except internet even though the hot spot worked. Turned out the system clock had to be reset. Only took 45 frustrating minutes to discover that. Now everything is working fine. Will update the review after using the battery for a while.8-31-23 Update. Now that I have been using this battery for over a month I can say it is working out very well. I am very happy with it.

Just replaced my wife 6s plus and at beginning battery drop so fast and took 4 hrs to full charge, after that charge was normal and hold

Performing this is not an easy task. I didn't know they could manufacture screws as small as what are used in an iPhone. I successfully got phone apart, only to discover the speaker and a couple of parts at the upper part of phone could not be reused and wer not included in the kit. Also, I could not find a source to obtain those parts. Reassembling phonne was not an option, so I now had to get another phone.

Arrived in a timely basis and I got the job done according to instructions, with no problem whatsoever.It has been a couple of months since and I got used to having the phone charged to +- 80% and last for a full day normally and longer than that often. No need to worry about a discharged battery. Hope it stays like this for a long time to come.

I had some help putting it in but didn’t seem too complicated, love the lil tool kit that came with it! The new battery is great and lasts so much longer than previous one. My only complaint is now my camera does not work now, seems coincidental and some volume issue, have to use speaker phone for calls. If can’t resolve will be back on Amazon looking for new or refurbished phone!
