Very comfortable seat. Wheels are pretty 'sticky', don't roll very easily and can't be replaced. Have already had to re- bend one of the legs. I'm likely to have to replace this one sooner than later. Dental office use. Would NOT recommend.

The chair itself is nice enough - Expensive, but nice comfortable seat.There were no instructions on how to set the seat angle or width. Customer support denies the split saddle can be adjusted... luckily a rival company published instructions which show that there are 3 screws on each side to adjust which allows you to change the width of the seat. Other companies also have instructions or what height to put the seat at - to get a 135 degree angle in the legs. The instructions Massage Master sent me say "set it so legs are 90 degrees" which is exactly NOT what you should do with a saddle chair.Since the company states its "As the long-time, our brand Master Massage is #1 innovator and producer in our field, we are occasionally subject to barbs by others that would love to be in our place. "They also say "At Master Massage Products, we want you to have the most rewarding experience possible when using our tables, chairs, and accessories." but my experience of customer service suggests they do not care at all.Worse still is that the gas cylinder seems to be slowly sinking over the course of a day ( I weigh 145lbs ) and for them to consider issuing me a fresh cylinder I need to video "proof" of this happening. So They expect me to set up a camera to video the seat sinking over 8 hours? I can;t see how this would even be visible on the footage let alone reasonable for a customer to do.For a $200 chair this is shockingly terrible customer service. I dread to think what happens if I try to claim a warrenty repair on the seat itself within the 3 year period.Sadly, I can't send it back as it's already open and unable to assemble to return, otherwise Id return it to get a full refund. Guess I'll have to spend $30 on a replacement gas cylinder even though its less than 2 months old.Really Disappointed, as this company gave the impression of standing by their products.**EDIT*** The cylinder now is totally broken, rattles and their customer support has ignored my messages for hel pwith warrently, so I had to buy a $30 replacement cylinder. Which works perfectly. So buyer beware.

The hydraulics on the chair doesn’t work, when you sit on it, it sinks down. Now I cannot get the chair disassembled to ship it back.

The description of this product says that it will hold 500 pounds. I ordered it for a non profit and now need to pay $350 in return shipping because it is so unstable I worry about our members falling off of it. there is nothing connecting it to the base so it just wobbles there.
