There is nothing about this toothpaste I don't like. One pump is the perfect amount, it tastes great, and I love the texture and looseness of it. I also noticed my toothbrush and sink don't develop yellow gunk like the last paste I used. I've been using it for 4 months now, and doesn't feel like it's nearing the end, this will probably last another 4 months but hard to say since it's a hard bottle. Works beautifully with an electric brush.

I have suffered from dry mouth for more than ten years. For many of those years, I purchased Biotene gel toothpaste, but as far as I can tell, they stopped making it. I'm not a fan of their paste versions, so I started to look for alternatives. This toothpaste is not a gel, but it is a very light paste. It uses a pump to extract a small amount of toothpaste from the container. At first, I thought it was too little, but I've grown to think it is the perfect amount...most of the time. And if I need more, I just pump a smaller amount out to add to what I have.My only issue is that on a couple of containers, I had to push the pump (I would guess) over 100 times before any toothpaste finally came out. I gave up one night and was going to return it the next day, but when I tried one more time the toothpaste came out.I would definitely purchase the toothpaste again...in fact I have.

The product is not too bad, but the pumped never worked so to use it we had to pull the top off and dip the brush in it! Had two different bottles do the same thing.

nice light menthol taste helps my dry mouth only if I use it as directed 3 times a day and keep in mouth for 2 or 3 minutes for full effect

I only received this a few days ago but already I love it. I needed a toothpaste without fluoride. I also needed something to help with dry mouth. The very first day I used it the problem with dry mouth has been alleviated a lot. The taste and texture are at least as good as supermarket toothpastes. The fresh feeling in the mouth lasts a good long time - actually longer than the SUPER-minted Crest pastes and gels. My husband has traditionally just used the free little toothpastes from the dentist and the travel sizes from the supermarket because he's not fussy and has no special needs. He tried out this new toothpaste and now he loves it too. Guess we'll be buying more!

Love the Toothpaste but, purchased 3 & all would not pump. Used for years but, will NEVER purchase again. Returning where I live is an inconvenience.

I only got to use this toothpaste about 3-4 times before the pump completely stopped working and I can't get any more of the paste out. The few times I used it I liked it seemed to help relieve my dry mouth side effect I receive from my meds. Would like to continue using it but can't, because there's no way that I can tell to get the paste out besides using the pump. :(

As a result of some prescription medications, I suffered from "burning mouth" which was only exacerbated by mass-marketed toothpastes, even those made for "sensitive" mouths. This toothpaste cleans well and leaves a fresh taste, yet it is very gentle. Through using this product, my mouth is nearly completely healed. This paste is also less expensive than most of the toothpastes in its category.​
