Einhell Power X-Change 18/24 Cordless**I recently purchased the Einhell Power X-Change 18/24 Cordless, and it is a very capable and versatile grass trimmer! This trimmer is incredibly lightweight and easy to use, making it perfect for tackling those awkward areas around my garden. It is easily adjustable and very comfortable to handle due to its light weight construction and size.One of its standout features is its ability to rotate for edging, adding to its versatility. The trimmer also comes with replacement blades that are simple to install, which is a great bonus. It operates on a lithium battery that charges quickly and lasts a long time, allowing me to complete my lawn tasks without interruptions.Little to no setup out of the box…The build quality is excellent, demonstrating great functionality, and it offers fantastic value for money. I was also impressed with how well it was packaged and how quickly it was delivered. Overall, I highly recommend this cordless trimmer for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient gardening tool! Only used for one season but I have had no problems with it so far.

What a fantastic garden tool this has turned out to be - and sensibly priced too!If, like me, you’ve been trawling through Amazon trying to find a good, ‘not too expensive’ strimmer, then look no further! I researched MANY of the rechargeable garden strimmers available on Amazon before concluding that this one from Einhell offered the best bang for my buck.Minimal assembly is required, the unit is simple to charge up, its lightweight construction makes it easy to manoeuvre and it’s a doddle to replace the blades. If you want to learn more about this excellent strimmer, I can recommend a video by Daniel on YouTube (DIY Gardening), he’s a professional gardener and provides a very good overview of this Einhell strimmer. I’ve used mine to cut back long grass on my allotment plot, I’ve also used it around the brick-edged sections of my front/rear lawns in my garden. The blades actually last longer than expected - considering that I’ve clipped them against bricks, stones and the wooden sides of raised beds. On the subject of blades, it’s worth noting that generic budget ones are readily available on Amazon - I actually tie a few spare ones on the shaft of my strimmer (see photo). I have to say that I’m very pleased with my Einhell garden strimmer and have no hesitation in recommending the product to fellow Amazon customers.

This is a great bit of clobber and no mistake.I often find myself having to bury things in woodland or unkempt ground which I hope will be concreted over for a car park.My requirements are simple - hack down an area of undergrowth, dig a suitably sized hole and insert my buried treasure.After that I backfill the hole and re-cover with moist earth and replace the aforementioned undergrowth.This product is an absolute winner.It comes with a fully charged battery, takes seconds to assemble (or anyone who has not been educated in a comprehensive school) and is surprisingly quiet.The battery is ample to power this device and clear an area of three square meters - more than enough for my purposes.Ideal for nocturnal internments where I do not wish to perturb the wildlife, local residents or the authorities.An excellent product which has secured it's place in my 'night time' emergency tool kit, alongside lots of binbags and a hardy shovel.It's also cordless in case you are clearing undergrowth on an 'evening excursion' so no need to take a generator or run the car battery down.Tactical, functional and reliable - this bit of kit has made my crossover interests in concealing buried items whilst not getting captured so much more efficient.Also delivered very promptly by a nice person who resembled the Warwick Davis chap who presents Tenable, but it couldn't have been him as I was watching Tenable when it was delivered.

This is not a bad strimmer at all. It's light and easy to use. My garden was pretty bad and this made pretty light work of it. Got 20 blades with it so that was good. Need to charge it for a hour to get 40mins run time but overall its a good strimmer worth the money

Lightweight and so much easier to especially for an older person …..that includes me.for a large area a larger battery might be better but that will add to the weight saying that it doesn’t take long to charge a battery.

Sadly this item has fallen way short of my expectations. I bought this to replace a wired ‘old fashioned’ cord strimmer. I fancied a battery device, however this machine has hard plastic spinning cutter blades, which are useless when cutting grass against a vertical wall such as sleepers or brick or anything else, the blades endlessly break off and need replacing, making the work virtually impossible. I often have to replace the blades every 10 or 20 seconds. Since all of my lawns are edged with vertical borders, this machine is not fit for purpose and I will imminently be throwing it in the recycling centre electric devices bin and spending yet more money on a new line strimmer machine. Hugely disappointed and out of pocket !
