Works great
I do a lot of knitting and crocheting and i wanted to make a few plush things and this was perfect! Cheap and works great. For a more squishy plush just throw in less polyfil and for a more dense plush just use a lot. Got no complaints.

Perfect for stuffed animals
The size was a lot more than I expected, the quality of the stuffing was amazing! Very full and a little goes a LONG WAY. Super versatile, you can use this with any project that you need stuffing for! The stuffing is very soft and perfect for kids toys. I love this, definitely will be buying this again when I do run out. Highly recommend! Great value for your money!

Always something I keep on hand.
I have always used this brand Poly-fil. I use to sew and used this product from time to time with projects. But now, I keep a bag handy all the time, as I use it to refill all the dog toys my dogs love to tear apart. Also, good for refilling dog beds that become less than acceptable after many washings.

A whole lot of stuffing!
It took me forever to use one bag. This bag is my second in several years and that one had lots and lots of uses! There is a lot more than it looks like. A pound of stuffing is a LOT!In fact i gave the rest of the first one to my daughter for a couple of projects she had. I haven't opened this one yet but antisipate many lovely projects ahead. For those of you that might want to try felting, I have used this as my core on a dozen projects and while it takes a little more sticking to get it down solid, it is so much less expensive than core wool, and it can felt solid enough to use it as a re-usable form, that you can felt over. For doll hats, small bowls, candle holders, soap bags etc. I even modified a full sized hat form with it and it works like a dream!

Great for dolls, ornaments. Prefer not to use for pillows.
I use this filling all the time for dolls and other plushies, ornaments, and all sorts of items that need filling. I keep a lint roller handy when I'm working with it. There's really no way to avoid the "shedding" - best way to describe stray fibers that get all over you and your workspace.Love that this is washable and made from recycled material. It splits apart easily so you can stuff a little at a time for even stuffing to help avoid lumps. Each bag comes with a wooden stick to help you fill your items and disperse filling evenly, especially in corners - if you lose it, just use a chopstick.I do not prefer to use this stuffing for pillows. I just don't think that it fills pillows comfortably enough. It's kind of odd that it has a lot of bounce-back resiliency yet it still flattens fairly quickly, after just a few weeks or months depending on use. If you stuff extra to try and avoid that, the pillows will be uncomfortably firm.Regardless, I prefer to use an organic & hypo-allergenic filling (preferably latex) for pillows whenever possible. If I'm doing them on a budget, however, I will either find some pillows on deep clearance and cannibalize them for their commercial-grade stuffing (then donate or upcycle the shell fabric) or I'll get an actual pillow form with a 50% off coupon/sale. I will use this poly-fil to supplement throw pillows that are old and have lost their shape / flattened and can't be fully revived by a fluffing in the dryer. I'll just stick a little bit in to help revive them if I don't have another preferred pillow stuffing handy. This polyfil does beard (i.e.: "poke-through") many fabrics. If you use it for a child's doll made with cotton fabric, I would recommend a double layer of fabric. If you use it for a pillow, I would recommend creating a pillow form that you first stuff before sticking the form into your outer layer shell or covering. Fusible interfacing will also help to resolve the bearding issue. This poly-fil is usually about $3.50 as an add on item here at Amazon which is a decent price - it's about the same as buying it 50% off at the craft stores which is the only way I'll buy it.

FILL IT, FIRM IT, GOOD PRODUCT TO USE
I purchased a pillow I thought was a pillow, but only a case. I loved the case so I purchased this and it was nice to be able to fill my desire of density. The product has no smell like some do and it was great. I actually used it and bought more than I needed, so I went around and filled in all the other throw pillows I had in the house that were worn down. I was actually happy to do this and never thought to refresh my living room and den pillows. My adult son refurbed his childhood Panda Bear and made it revised after watching me do the pillows. Great product
