Easy install, especially for someone who HATES plumbing chores. No leaks even months later.Water quality is great. Very smooth taste. I'm not convinced it will last as long as they say but certainly hope it does.

Nobody in our home liked the taste of the city water as the chlorine taste was very bad. The filter was easy to install and the taste is now awesome. The flow is a bit slower than it used to be, but not a big deal.

My well water has always had a slight red tinge with occasional smell of iron. So I added this filter to clear up the cold drinking water. Worked from day one. No more red tinge, no more smell. I also just did a water test for bacteria. Results in today. 0 bacteria of any kind. Water tastes great and I know it's safe. Good value I'd say.

I live in an apartment in an area where the water is, well, not good! I have been buying bottle water for a while now because I refuse to drink the brownish water that comes out of the facet. Nasty! I had a similar product at my last apartment that cleaned up the water to where it was drinkable and I was looking to replicate that experience. My last one had a dedicated facet so I had to drill a whole in the actual sink to be able to use the filtered water. What I really like about this water filter is it's designed to use your existing facet so no need to a dedicated facet which means no holes to drill in the sink. And I have to say, installing this filter was super simple and super easy to use. Once installed and in order to actually get filtered water you simply use the cold water knob or set it to the coldest setting if it's all in one like mine, and you get completely filtered water. I have read a previous review about this filter and I saw complaints about the lack of water pressure when the water goes through the filter. I can say I don't see the same issues that I saw reported. Yes there is a decrease in pressure but by only like 5% at most. It's barely noticeable. As a matter of fact the only way I notice it is when I first run the hot water and then switch it to cold but again, it's barely noticeable.The quality of water that this filter produces is so much better than what I had without the filter. I know can drink from the tap (on cold) where I wouldn't ever do that before. The water tastes better and looks better.. And for me, an apartment dweller, this was a cheap solution to whenever I decide to move, I won't feel guilty if I decide to leave this filter behind for the next tenant. I'm pretty cheap though so when that day comes, I'll probably take it with me

UPDATE 2:They said they'd refund me for the original unit but it has almost been a month and I haven't received anything. They say the right things but they don't actually do them I guess.UPDATE:They contacted me and sent me a new unit (three stage filter and sediment filter) and refunded me the old one that didn't work. I have not tried the new unit because I need other fittings to arrive but since the original unit didn't end up costing me anything, I can say there is good customer support.ORIGINAL REVIEW:It works for like a month. Slowly the water pressure decreases until all you have left is drops coming out of the faucet. I complained and they sent me a new one. Same problem. I complained and they sent me another one. Same problem. They suggested a prefilter. I added that and same problem.This was supposed to last 2 years and it barely lasts months. Now I'm out of the return window and I can't even get my money back.
