It's doing its job because my vitamin levels were good.
How can anyone tell whether a supplement is doing what it's supposed to be doing? But I recently had my labs done and my B12 levels were good. So I know these are doing what they're supposed to do.

My important energy vitamin
Can't drink coffee in the am bc I get a bad reaction to caffeine so I have been taking B12 every morning for several years now. It's like my morning wake up pill. Now I find seniors are usually deficient in this important vitamin but not me. I usually order the one you dissolve under the tongue but was unavailable this time but this one seems to work just fine.
