How has it taken so long for a product like this to come to the market? My LEAST favorite thing is banging the vacuum canister into the garbage bin - it sends all that dust back into the house! This clean station is so much easier, more sanitary, and very compact. We LOVE using it and so does our housekeeper! It comes with two Samsung replacement bags but we bought the off-brand bags a few months ago and they work just as well. So thrilled that we bought this and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

I have had a bagless vacuum for years, but always hated the dusty mess created when emptying the dust bin. This solves the problem. Works well, and surprisingly, does not require frequent bag changes.

Purchased this 6 months ago and it works great. Auto empties the dust canister into a HEPA cloth bag. Even though the bags look small they hold a lot of debris due to the suction created by pulling the dirt out of the canister. It is easy to change the bag. I have 3 dogs so the Samsung stick vac and dust station get a workout. Very happy with both.

Its kind of a silly thing, a vacuum for your vacuum, but my girlfriend has pretty serious allergies and this is something that help remove one more thing from getting in the air. Its really easy to use and I haven't had any issues so far after owning it for a couple months.

I purchased the Samsung vacuum clean station in October 2024. The status indicator light (that shows when the bag needs to be changed) never came on, but the station worked. We should have returned it, but we had just moved and did not follow through on returning it. Six months after the purchase, the warranty is expired, and the clean station will not turn on. Changing the bag and troubleshooting with Samsung tech support did not help. We were told we could pay for shipping and Samsung repairs at an unknown cost, plus uncertainty about whether it can be repaired. Plus, we would have to send the Samsung vacuum with the cleaning station to be used during the evaluation/repair process. We don't want to be without a vacuum for what could be weeks or longer. Advice to prospective purchasers is to immediately return the clean station if the status indicator light does not illuminate when you receive the product. We loved the clean station when it worked as it prevented dust from escaping in the air when the collection device was emptied. But the cost of the clean station is not worth it for less than 6 months of use.

This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever bought and I love it. It was very easy to assemble and super simple to use. Couple of things I had to figure out: you REALLY can’t let the canister go above the max fill line or it won’t get it all out. Dog hair and stuffing from inside dog toys can get stuck, which I can usually fix by running it a second time. But for the most part, this thing does what it says it will: it vacuums my damn vacuum.One challenge I had right at the beginning is that the canister that comes with this is slightly different from the one that comes with the vacuum. There’s a circle in the middle of the bottom that you have to make sure snaps into place correctly. If it’s misaligned, the vacuum will basically not function. Just a double check each time I close it has solved that problem though.

We have a 160 pound Leonberger and I could make a new dog with the hair he sheds daily! I am very happy with the purchase of the Samsung Jet Stick Vacuum but I am THRILLED with this additional tool! I was worried that the filters were small but it really packs the hair down and the filter lasts for a few weeks.
