Great brand
This cereal has been around for awhile and I love it. I can't seem to find it where I live so I had to order on Amazon. It has lots of fiber and I use it for my yogurt pair fats, etc

Sometimes this product is hard to find in grocery stores. I ordered this for my girlfriend because while she may only be 42 she enjoys chewing on aquarium gravel to support her fiber needs! Buying post grape nuts on Amazon is an easy alternative to trying to hunt this cereal down in stores.

Warm and yummy
I like this stuff with milk , butter, and maple syrup, heated until its a bit like oatmeal. It's warm and sweet, and easy to eat!

They are Grape nuts. I try to eat everyday, so the large order is fine for me. It is a lot of cereal.
