I ordered the Kefirito 60 Kefir Caps Nutrient-Rich Probiotic Gluten-Free - 30-Day Supply of Kefiran Probiotic in Capsule - Benefits of Kefir without the Taste from The Spirit Of The Forest, and I can tell it's helpful, but I have to stop for now. I used to make my own kefi, and I have taken many similar products off and on throughout the years. I went into this with a pretty unbalanced and disturbed situation, so I knew it was unlikely I could stick with it. Depending on how my body reacted. It is pretty normal to have some digestive issues in the beginning as things normalized which I did experience. After a few days I was excited and I started to have relief and feel better. However, this is far too binding for me right now. Because of the state of my system, I cannot bulk up on fiber or other roughage to counteract the effect that I'd normally would when this happens. So, because of that I have to stop otherwise I get backed up and severely. In my younger years, things like this would actually do the opposite and move things along, but now over 40 things are slowing down. So, even though this is not something I can do right now, once my system balances out and I can add fiber I will start again but for now I must stop since I can't take anything that would counteract the being backed up situation.

I have been making and drinking my own milk kefir for years and years. The only problem is that it’s hard to take my milk kefir with me when traveling and I don’t particularly care for store-bought already made kefir so I go without. These capsules fill that void. However, it’s hard to tell if they make a difference as I don’t feel or taste anything different when taking them. I’ll continue to take them when traveling unless I feel any adverse effects, but it’s hard to recommend them, though I highly recommend kefir for gut health!

I just read the book. Super got by Dr. Davis. I highly recommend it. I learned so much about how important are microbiome is. So I'm on this journey to really follow his recommendations and I'm seeing really positive results already. I tried drinking kefir but it is disgusting. It's literally like drinking whipping cream or half and half. Just can't do it. Also. Kombucha has a terrible aftertaste but I can down that better than Kiefer. This particular brand is good and although it does, it have kerafin polysaccharide in it. It is still really good. And I can break Open the capsules and use to make my own homemade yogurt and heat for 30 hours. Seeing really good results with this already taking every morning on an empty stomach. Stools are really firmed up and I feel more energy.

Purchased this product Kefirito because it was cheaper than the Kefiran supplement. I am not getting the same results and upon investigation this product does not contain the Kefiran polysaccharide. I am going back to Kefiran.

After a few days of using this I felt like I was digesting my food better and having better bathroom experiences. I also felt lighter and like I had more energy. This was easy to take. No bad after taste, no upset stomach or nausea. I was able to take it on an empty stomach as well with no issues. I will definitely be using this more in the future. It is priced accurately for the ingredients and quality being received.
