Q: Product described as having extra width, but what about length - says "regular" length. how many inches long?

They are as long as the other "long" pads. I don't have any right now that I can measure. They are wider in the front, and widest in the back. They are good pads, but expensive. Walmart has the same style for a lot less money. Walmart's are $8.97 for 30 pads. I have a severe incontinence problem, so sometimes have to use 2 at a time. I hope this answer helps you.
