I needed a pan/rack that wouldn’t rust at my seaside cottage. This is holding up well. I cooked bacon strips on it several times and it works well. Easy clean up too.

I finally found a decent sized baking sheet! After trying several stores I had no hopes I could find something I could use to make a large batch of chicken wings.The size is perfect and the material has a great quality. The price was great too, I almost ordered 2!

It’s perfect for dehydrating

The finish hasn't held up well and I've only cooked with the pan a few times. Normally just use it to rest deep fried food on.Regardless the finish is mottled here and there to a drab almost blue color that's unappealing to look at or even consider putting food on without using a baking sheet between.Does the job for a fried food tray though, so it's perfectly fine for light duty.

All wire racks can be a pain to clean especially if you cook something like breaded chicken. This one is a tad harder to clean as it has supporting wires so you can't get into every spot as easily but the support wires are there for a reason. The packaging it came in caused a bit of a pause as there was not much on it, so it is clearly a direct import, which is fine. Just not something I prefer when dealing with food related items. Note that the wire rack is dishwasher safe but it says the drip pan is not. We do not use a dishwasher so it doesn't matter to us and may be in the description so I may have missed it.
