I take this with EXTRA STRENGTH Saw Palmetto. The Saw Palmetto is sold here on Amazon under the brand Havasu and it's done wonders for me in just two weeks of use. It was like a miracle. NO, I have no ties to the company just want others to benefit from my experience. Don't believe me just read the reviews that are overwhelming positive. The Pumpkin seed oil I added as a double whammy to relieve the NIGHTMARE with my prostate problem which caused me to have a horrible time being to go and going too much. My life is back to normal, I am soooo happy. I only get up once or twice a night now and can GO without any problem. The things we take for granted.

We've had this brand before with no issues. This time, we were disappointed to see that about a third of the capsules looked strange. They had sort of a frosted appearance. It made me wonder if these had been improperly stored before being sent to us.We ordered 2 bottles and both had this problem.Was that frosted appearance a mold? Was it just a change in the oil content of the capsule? Were they safe to use?I sorted out the odd ones and we started using the ones that looked normal. I'll contact the manufacturer for answers.
