This was easy to install and this thing is a great upgrade to the boat! We have adults of various sizes and weight and everyone has had no trouble using this.

The ladder came pre-assembled and well packaged! Metal protected by good wrapping. Prompt delivery. Looks great, seems sturdy, looks perfect for our needs. Once we use it I may revise my review, but for now it's a 5 STAR.

Very well made, easy to install and very sturdy. I used it to replace drop-down ladder on my 2009 Bennington pontoon. It looks and works great and it is now much easier to board the boat.

This ladder is great! Installed easily on our dock. It is very solid. .. any and all swimmers have found it easy to climb up. One person had me send them the info to buy for their dock. It is nice to be able to pull out of water to avoid algae and zebra muscles, and it is far less obtrusive on our nice dock because it folds up and out of the way (most ladders are real eyesores or tripping obstacles when flipped out of water and on to the dock). I am 200 pounds and it is solid. We are hoping our dog will figure out how to use it as well since it does provide a stair-type angle to climb out. The 4 star rating is for the fact that the stainless steel finish clouded up immediately and two small rust spots appeared within 48 hours (on a fresh water lake). Not worried about it as the ladders on some really nice boats that I have owned also had same thing happen.

Well built and easy to install. Very nice finish and looks very nice on the pontoon.

Very easy to climb back on our swim platform with this. Love how deep in the water it reaches!

The latter is well made and meets or exceeds what I needed for my boat. If you want safety and a sturdy latter this is it. Not only is it well made but it is very nice looking on the boat.

Works well, installed easily, looks good. But, arrived damaged. The ladder is in perfect shape, but the plug (in the end of the ladder) was 'hammered in' to much, causing the plug to be nearly cut off by the metal end of the ladder. SEE PICS - note that the pic was taken before/while the unit was still in packaging while being unpacked - would be nice to receive replacement plug(s). After contact with seller regarding issue, rating has been changed from 4/5 to a 6. Outstanding customer service.
