I had bought this machine in July.Two electrode pins were small and loose.The seller replaced the item with new ones.I used the machine for almost one month and it worked superbly ( similar to what I felt at physiotherapist shop).This is a must have machine for those having pain and have to visit physiotherapist frequently ( as one can save a lot of time travelling and waiting for physiotherapist) .Moreover one can use it twice in day for pain relief.However after 10-12 uses the machine stopped working and stopped sending pulses through pads and its body began to cause electric shocks.I talked to customer care about the problem and customer care responded and told me to replace the machine with new one.This shows that the firm cares for customer problems.I packed the machine and seller has arranged the pickups. The machine has been picked up by courier yesterday ( 24 August 2024) . The seller informed me that they are sending the machine replacement on this Monday ( 26.08.2024)Hopefully I would get the machine in 2-3 daysAs far as performance is concerned Machine is good and will save a lot money ( which is spent on physiotherapists )

Good Machine but for me it was not helpful because I need surgery for my health issue.

I've been very pleased with this. It works very well, that what i expect.And more over, they send all the items what they showed and exhibit. I'm very happy with it. It works for what it's made for.

It's a useful machine and very easy to use if you know your points and its very effective.

Since, the seller has not provided any leaflet with the machine it is quite not possible to know the frequency of the sound waves generated by the machine.The seller must provide the warranty card and leaflet with the machine for better appreciation.Button for duty cycle is also not available .So far the modes are concerned ie.pulse and continuous, it's okay.Pulse mode generates non thermal effect and cont mode has thermal effect.Knob of setting frequency is absolutely necessary as higher frequency is required forv treating superficial and less deep tissues and muscles whereas lower frequency ie 1 mhz is for treating deep injury like meniscus,ligaments,etc.So recommended for not buying this machine.Go for little bit expensive machines which provides all four necessary knobs for setting frequency,mark space ratio,timer and modes.

Bought this for the treatment of my tennis elbow it helped me alot . This machine does help in relaxing the muscles and relieves deep pain
