Outstanding product with excellent customer service
I was able to update the firmware with the information provided by the seller. This camera has very good sensitivity and dynamic range. The web interface has issues with Firefox and Edge. Chrome works fine.

Genuine Hikvision Camera but it’s not a US version
This is not a US version. Otherwise it seems to be a genuine Hikvision Camera made for the non-US market.

Not supported
Paste the model number into Hikvision's firmware update site. No results, no support. It might be a good camera, but is either not really a Hik or is way past end of life. Shouldn't be sold as new.

Fairly easy to install but well worth the effort. The camera has a clear lense.

Will not come online
Won’t connect to my NVR. Doesn’t seem to be configured to ONVIF. Would return if I could as it is now useless.
