I know that a few recent reviews were less than positive, but for us I can't praise this enough.In 4 days of use my teen's skin has really transformed, & it's given him more self-confidence & this morning he even noticed the difference.I searched for ages to get the highest strength, & with the Omega oils too + the great cost I am really happy with this product.Yes the pills look more like suppositories (chuckles childishly!) but they are surprisingly easy to swallow, & haven't noticed the peppery after taste some have mentioned - but then any capsule/tablet is drowned down by plenty of water.I'll update this in a few weeks if it plateaus of placebo's.. but I'm hoping it'll go the distance 🤞

Having stumbled across black seed oils, this particular brand stood out to me as havin a good mg and amount of capsules. I had high hopes for the potential results I could expect and whether it's the tablets after a month of taking them I'm finding I have just a bit more energy, those thoughts we all have about wanting to just get up and get on with things I seem to be doing. My weight has dropped slightly, so I'm told. My skin looks clear and plump. I'm happy with them and will keep on going!! They do have a particular, not unpleasant peppery after taste but after a while you forget about that. They're quite big but smooth and to me they're easy to swallow a couple at the same time, but definitely appreciate others may have difficulty taking even one.

Similar to other reviewers I have doubts as to the content of these capsules as they don't seem to have the typical black seed oil appearance or taste. I cut open one of the capsules and tasted the oil within and it had a bland taste and light colour which is not typically consistent with black seed oil. Obviously this is not a scientific test and is just my subjective opinion but I will not be buying this brand again as I want to be confident in what I'm putting into my body.

I have bought a few of these supplements and have always been happy with them but the last one I received did not smell or look anything like the other batches I had, different colour and smell. Customer service told me it was the natural difference that can occur. Not convinced that it ever container black seed oil for that batch. Will source another supplier from now on.
