This should be mandatory reading for all 5G installers/proponents. \once you read it you will not want to install or use 5G. Fully recommended read.

This is an excellent book which is thorough, researched and fully scientifically referenced. This information is vital for the future of all forms of life on Earth.

Did you know that the only "safety" standard for mobile phones is the heating effect that a handset has on a mannequin's head filled with gel?! Quite apart from the fact that the heating effect of microwaves is not how they damage you, that head is based on a six foot two inch man, so it has no bearing on the majority of the population who aren't above-average-size, such as the many women and, increasingly, children who are regular users of microwave devices. I'm no Luddite but this book has made me seriously re-evaluate my relationship with my tech. In the short term, there's no way "our" politicians are going to bite the hand that feeds them, so it's down to us to protect our families from the unquestionable harm that EMFs cause.

A must-read! Doe not matter if you desperately want to avoid exposure to EMFs or embracing the fastly approaching 5G, Dr Mercola encapsulates in this book extensive research to highlight the massive risks of short and long-term exposure to EMFs and millimeter wavelengths! The cherry on the cake is the recommendations on how to move from a WIFI router and implement some (expensive) steps in order to create a little cleaner and relatively safer environment in your house.Regarding some comments below, Dr Mercola is American and they are mostly living in large properties and gardens so the recom in Chapter 7 might be a little difficult to implement here in the UK, given that we live so close to our neighbors (a little bit like rats).If you are unsure about the book, and you are not willing to spend the money, I would recommend referring to his website as some info can be found here for free.

Excellent book full of facts and life improving / saving insight and advice.ButI believe Dr Mercola has missed something very significant where EMF’s are concerned and that is the role of Lyme & Co Infections causing considerable EMF problems in a very high % of sufferers.For anyone suffering and unsure of the cause of their emf sensitivity I highly recommend testing for such diseases.Toxic mold poisoning should also be considered.Best Wishes with your healing & all :)
