As someone who has suffered for many many years with pcos I was excited to read a book not only written by someone with pcos but someone who is also a doctor and understands how I feel about not being able to conceive. My only disappointment is how much money we are expected to spend to reach this dream. Just the vitamins alone are nearly £100 and then she wants us to go on a fasting diet and buy ovulation tracker and thermometer and buy the time you have brought everything she's suggesting it's nearly £300. Although the advice she's providing and resources she's offering sounds amazing I believe it's mainly directed to American ladies. Alot of the products she's suggesting we can't get over here and she's wanting you to take the book the the doctors and gyno but we all know how hard it is to try and get doctors appointments. And if you guys have a doctor like mine they tell you not to believe everything you ready, good luck on your journey guys and I hope you reach your goal to conceive xx

Very informative but the diet she wants you to go on costs $124 for one box! And the supplements she recommends cost a fortuneI'm sure this is a good starter, but not one to follow if you are on a budgetIt's not aimed at folk from the UK
