doesn't do a thing
I don't know what to expect from this. I have issues with this problem and I thought I would try this. It didn't do a thing!!! And can't even get a refund because the window was so short!

The remedy I usually buy was unavailable so I researched this product. I followed the directions and took it faithfully until the product was used up. I had absolutely no results at all.

Works great
No pain when the bm finally comes, which tends to be overnight. I take two at bedtime most nights or my bm's take a real effort to finish.

they work
This pills really work for my constant constipation (because I dont eat enough fiber). I love that the pills dissolve in my mouth. I take one pill at night time and in the AM things begin to work.
