Great for crutches too!
My uncle walks with the assistance of crutches and he never liked the original crutch grips. He found these and attached them to his crutch handles and they work wonderfully! They don’t slide and allow him to have a larger grip surface for his hands. We have only had them for a few weeks but they have withstood continuous use well! If you need to upgrade your crutch handles these work great!

Great product
These work great in my weekly routine. I've been putting them to the test, and I have enjoyed them so far. They will definitely improve grip strength and forearm size. I can't wait to see some results for bicep and tri. They fit comfortably in hand and work great for all size hands. I have large hands, so I've been using them for a lot more than they are intended for. A buddy of mine tried them with much smaller hands, he loved them and bought a pair for himself.

Lives up to its reputation
--Preamble--Like many people, I decided to try out some thick bar grips to optimize my current regimen. I too was attracted by the idea of improving my grip and strengthening the whole complex of muscles/tendons/ligaments in my forearms. So I purchased four kinds of wide bar grips - Fat Gripz One (1.75"), Fat Gripz Pro (2.25"), Iron Bull Strength Alpha Grips (2"), and Yes4All Thick Bar Grips (2.2").Before the review, some context:First, you should ease into these things, and so if you aren't accustomed to thick bar grips, I would recommend you start with the Fat Gripz One. I did not do this; I tried to integrate all four into my routine, and as a result I gave myself acute tendonitis in both arms, in the form of Golfer's Elbow. Now I need to take at least 4 weeks off while I heal up, and no one likes that. I don't think this would have been a problem if I just started with the narrower grips and moved up from there.Second, if use a ruler, my hand is 6 5/8" (168mm) from the bend of the wrist to the tip of my middle finger. The Fat Grips One is fine, the Iron Bull Strength grips are about the limit of decent grip, and the Fat Grips Pro are too large to get my hand around, limiting me to fairly light dumbbells. For pull-ups, only the Fat Grips one are comfortable, the Iron Bull's are marginal. I have chronic issues with my TFCC (something I was hoping to help alleviate through these grips) and the thicker ones tend to aggravate that complex.Lastly, I am fairly fit. I am about 183lbs (83.2kg) and was doing sets of 23 pull-ups before this. I could maintain those numbers with the narrower wide grips, but with greater effort. I have my pull-up bar (an Iron Gym) wrapped in racket grip tape, so it is about 1.1" in diameter. Most of my dumbbells have bars that are between 1.1 and 1.25" in diameter.--Product Review--The Fat Gripz Pros are the gold standard for thick bar grips, and for good reason. These do the best at balancing out material, thickness, grippiness, shape, and cost. While these are a bit too thick for my hands, at least at my current stage of development, I think they serve their purposes well.---ComfortThe Fat Gripz Pros - which are just the same as their standard grips, but in black - are the most comfortable of the grips I tried, tied with the Fat Gripz One. They aren't soft like silicone grips, but they have a little give to them, making it easier to hold them. Their profile makes them easy to hold - i prefer this flat profile to the curved one found in the Iron Bull Alpha grips. The seam has a bit of a hard edge - it could use a chamfer or bevel - but it isn't too distracting. These will not fit IronMaster dumbbells due to those having a 1.25" bar but fit standard CAP weights and my pull-up bar, which have a ~1.1" bar instead.---BenefitThese are very wide grips, for me anyway, and so they require a significant change in hand position. I had to drop almost 50% of my reps, and 25% of my weight, in order to use them. This means that I just moved these to my lighter dumbbells - currently they are on 25lbs - where I can use them effectively. A bigger guy likely wouldn't have this problem. However, there was a noticeable benefit to how the exercise felt, in my arms, and visually I noticed the forearms were larger and more toned. I think that there would be a lasting benefit to using these if you integrated it into your routine, with mass gains occurring after a month or so. Once I heal up, I intend to continue using them. They don't rotate as much as grips with harder rubber, but you still may need some contact adhesive to keep them in one orientation, especially during pull-ups.---ConclusionWhile I would recommend the Fat Gripz Ones for beginners, and maybe the Iron Bull Alpha Grips 2.0 for people with hands the size of mine, the touted benefits of these appear to be legitimate. I wouldn't expect immediate, wild results, but adding them to the routine is easy and the cumulative benefits will most likely endure. As such, I would recommend them.

Increased grip strength
I didn't have access to a thick 45lb bar at my local gym and felt these would do. They work as intended and helped with my grip strength. They slip over a normal 45lb bar without issue and come off just as seamlessly. Also they're not bulking and fit into a gym bag easily. Definitely recommend these to anyone looking to increase their grip strength.

mmmmm forearm pumppppppppo
yes yes yes. this is a great product to add onto your workout routine. it’s a thick black piece of rubber which goes over a bar, making the diameter of the bar larger. this requires you to grip harder and activate the forearms more. or at least that’s what yt told me. either way you def feel your forearms more when slapping those on things like bicep curls and that’s what you’re looking for in a thing like these. imo the color is better than the standard blue ones cause it’s alittle more incognito in the gym and it feel super durable.
